Red Comet required a streamlined, scalable online platform to facilitate course discovery and student enrollment for a nationwide K‑12 digital education program. The objective was to provide an intuitive experience for students, parents, and schools while ensuring smooth course selection, registration, and payment workflows.
We developed a comprehensive e‑commerce-style enrollment platform featuring a responsive web interface where users can explore over 115 core courses, 200+ electives, and career-focused programs. The system supports secure online registration, course selection, and payment processing, enabling students and schools to enroll efficiently in programs trusted by over 760 schools nationwide.
To enhance user engagement and reduce support queries, we integrated a Gemini-powered AI chatbot that provides instant guidance, answers common questions, and assists visitors in navigating course offerings and completing the enrollment process seamlessly.
The platform delivered a modern, user-friendly digital enrollment ecosystem capable of handling high traffic, large course catalogs, and multiple concurrent user interactions while maintaining consistent performance, accessibility, and secure data management.
