Torcia Digital Learning Platform required a centralized, multi-channel educational solution to streamline course delivery, student progress tracking, and interactive learning experiences for academy students. The objective was to provide a scalable ecosystem connecting students, educators, and administrative staff through web and mobile applications.
We designed and developed a comprehensive web portal alongside native Android and iOS applications, enabling students to access courses, lessons, video lectures, Zoom classes, MCQs, and leaderboards seamlessly across devices.
The platform included operational modules for class management, student management, course and lesson organization, course materials, video lectures, Zoom integration, and assessment tracking. The result was a unified learning infrastructure capable of supporting a growing student base while enhancing engagement and instructional efficiency.
Solution & Implementation
We engineered a modular, scalable architecture combining CodeIgniter backend systems with cloud-based services to ensure reliability and performance across web and mobile platforms.
A dual-ecosystem approach was implemented:
- Student Platform: Mobile and web applications providing access to enrolled courses, lessons, interactive video lectures, Zoom classes, MCQs, results tracking, and gamified leaderboards to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Admin Portal: Centralized interface for educators and administrators to manage classes, students, courses, lessons, assessments, and course materials, with full visibility into student progress and engagement metrics.
The architecture prioritized seamless data synchronization, real-time updates, and mobile responsiveness to ensure a cohesive experience for both students and instructors. Interactive dashboards and notifications improved operational oversight and engagement while providing a robust foundation for scaling educational offerings.
